GLOUCESTERSHIRE
YOURH DANCE
COMPANY
In
January 2005,
Rafael spent
a long weekend
working with
this youth dance
company developing
“Introducing…”.
Bonachela has
created a piece
of energetic
and fluid movement
based on the
dancers bodies
and names. Structures
were built up
from the embodient
of letters and
linked through
a constantly
shifting spatial
dynamic. This
company has
been in existence
for 18 years.

TRANSITIONS
Dance Company

Trans[odiem]
Costume
design:
Suzie Holmes
Lighting
design:
Ross Cameron
Music: Scanner
and The
Prodigy
Movement
is the motivation
for this
high octane
dance performance.
Trans[odiem]
begins with
a mesmerising
trio as
the dancers
share body
weight through
lifts and
balances.
The music
kicks in
and the
movement
responds
with powerful,
angular
gestures
that dazzle
as much
as the sexy,
shimmering
costumes.
This is
dance that
leaps off
the stage
and steals
your popcorn.
